The hotel had a beautiful and picturesque setting, surrounded by stunning natural scenery. Its proximity to the charming French border made it an excellent base for exploring the wider area. the friendly staff were always on hand to help, which made the stay so much more enjoyable.
The information provided regarding the restaurant was misleading.

During my stay, I particularly appreciated the personal attention from the staff, the beautiful Christmas decorations, and the attractive setting that looked like an old country house. The hotel's location was also ideal, being situated close to the French border and on one end of the German wine-route. Additionally, the hotel had excellent cleanliness standards, and the parking facilities were perfect for my needs.
Nothing is perfect.

We spent a pleasant city break in the outskirts of a charming town famous for its wine route. The hotel had lovely grounds and was set in what appeared to be an old country house. Our room had a beautiful view of the surrounding forest. Although we didn't eat in the restaurant, breakfast was fine and provided us with enough to start the day.
The restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday and we had to drive to the nearest town to eat dinner. , there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location close to the French border, and in the midst of the German wine route, perfect for a cultural trip with friends. the staff are friendly and the Christmas decorations are charming. Some rooms offer great scenic views and the breakfast is well-presented and filling with fresh bread and ham.
Visitors should note that the restaurant and bar may be closed on certain days, and alternate dining options may be required.
